bonivital premier selects program

Bonivital launched a pilot program this past winter/off season of 2023-24 called Premier Selects. This program came to be with the club seeing a need for another program geared towards High Performance athletes, outside of the REX Program. The club looks to invite 4-6 players from each age group from U13-16 both on the male and female side to train together. These players were selected based on the 4 corners of their play from Technical, Tactical, Physical, and Social-emotional. Team coaches will put forward suggestions, with final decisions coming from the Club Technical Staff. Players will be evaluated for this program over the season, and invites will looked to be sent towards the end of the season.

Timeframe:

November - December (break over Christmas and January for Club Evaluations)

Program Sessions:

3 on field practices a week

1 strength and conditioning session

Opportunities for exhibition games
