LTPD Coaching Framework
BVSC follows Long-Term Player Development (LTPD) principles, requiring coaches to hold appropriate certifications based on the age group and competitive level they will be coaching. Our requirements ensure players receive developmentally appropriate coaching at every stage of their soccer journey.
