Children play soccer to have fun with friends
First and foremost, soccer must be FUN. We use play-based activities and imaginative scenarios to keep young players engaged and excited.
Every player deserves quality coaching and multiple touches on the ball.Minimal stand and waiting in lines. Maximum engagement.
Activities match cognitive, physical, and emotional development. U8-9 focus differs from U10 approach.
Building love of the game and a solid foundation, not early specialization or winning-at-all-costs mentality.
Technical, tactical, physical, social, and emotional growth integrated throughout all activities.
Certified coaches at every session, with smaller player groups
The four station model maintains engagement, maximizes touches on the ball, minimizes waiting, and ensures quality coaching. Each group of approximately 10 to 15 players will experience 4 stations per session as follows:
Game application & understanding
Focus: Applying skills in game context, decision-making, problem solving
Fun, dynamic, competitive
Progression: Simple games to complex
Examples: We will play possession style and competition style games, with zones, transitions, rewards, conditions, and restrictions. A variety of formats will be used between: 2v2, 3v2, 3v3, 4v3, 4v4, 5v4, 5v5
Ball Control & Skill Development
Focus: Ball mastery, 1v1 and dribbling ability, passing & receiving, shooting/finishing
Opportunity to learn the basics and improve your toolbox and refine your skills
Progression: Simple to complex techniques
Examples: Passing patterns, dribble relays, shooting drills, 1v1 duels, soccer tennis
A game realistic situation in a specific moment of the game designed to enhance the tactical knowledge and game understanding of our players
Focus: Giving our players the ability to solve problems in recognizable game situations giving them real framework to apply what they've learned
Game real tempo, competitive sets
Progression: Increase the difficulty of the challenge or reduce it depending on the success of the primary theme
Examples: Build up vs. pressing activity, Chance creation vs. Team defending activity, Intro to set pieces
Opportunity to express yourself and apply what you have learned during the session
Have fun enjoy the game and try new things
