Supporting Student-Athletes in Pursuit of Excellence
The Bonivital Scholarship Program supports ambitious young athletes who wish to continue participating in soccer while pursuing a post-secondary education. We believe in developing great players both on and off the field, and this scholarship recognizes students who have excelled in competition, demonstrated academic achievement, and shown commitment to our community through volunteering and coaching.
Established in 2022, the Bonivital Soccer Club Scholarship was created to support outstanding young athletes who are balancing competitive soccer with post-secondary education. The scholarship recognizes students who have demonstrated excellence not only in competition, but also in the classroom and in their commitment to giving back to the soccer community.
We believe that the best student-athletes are those who excel in all aspects of their lives. This scholarship celebrates that commitment to holistic excellence and provides financial support to help exceptional young people pursue their ambitions without compromising their athletic development.
Each scholarship provides $1,000 in financial support to help with secondary education expenses

Demonstrated excellence in competition, including consistent high-level performance, leadership on the field, and a proven track record of competitive achievement
Maintained a high level of academic achievement throughout secondary school while competing in soccer at a high level
Long-term commitment to Bonivital Soccer Club, demonstrating loyalty and dedication to our community and values
Active involvement in coaching, volunteering, and giving back to the soccer community and broader society
Demonstrated integrity, strong character, and leadership qualities both on and off the field
Clear intention to pursue full-time post-secondary education while maintaining athletic participation

Bonivital offers multiple scholarship opportunities to ensure that exceptional student-athletes across different competitive levels have the chance to be recognized and supported. Whether competing in our Premier program or our Recreational divisions, we celebrate excellence at all levels.

One $1,000 scholarship awarded to an outstanding male student-athlete from the U17 Boys Premier program
U17G
One $1,000 scholarship awarded to an outstanding female student-athlete from the U17 Girls Premier program
U18B
One $1,000 scholarship awarded to an outstanding male student-athlete from the U18 Boys Recreational program
U18G
One $1,000 scholarship awarded to an outstanding female student-athlete from the U18 Girls Recreational program
Eligibility Requirements
Must be a Bonivital Soccer Club member competing in U17 Premier or U18 Recreational divisions
Must be a resident of Manitoba
Must be pursuing full-time post-secondary education
Must have been a member of Bonivital for multiple years, demonstrating long-term commitment
Must maintain high academic standing
Must demonstrate involvement in coaching or volunteer activities within the club or soccer community
Must be in good standing with Bonivital Soccer Club

Application Timeline & Submission
The scholarship application process is straightforward and designed to give qualified candidates every opportunity to share their story. We accept applications annually in early fall, with awards presented at the year-end banquet. Complete applications should include supporting documents, letters of reference, and detailed responses to application questions.
Fill out the official Bonivital Scholarship Application form, providing detailed information about your athletic, academic, and community achievements
Include academic transcripts, letters of reference from coaches or teachers, and any supporting documentation that strengthens your application
Submit your complete application by the deadline via email to admin@bonivitalsoccer.com or in person at the BVSC office
