❓ Are there tryouts or team selections?
Yes! For players to have the opportunity to play on a Developmental team, they need to attend the tryouts/evaluation sessions in January, and be selected for the team.
During the tryouts players are assessed and placed on a team based on their abilities and skill level. BVSC balances their developmental teams we do not have A, B, C, etc. level teams at these ages.
There are times that players are encouraged to play recreational in order to better prepare themselves for playing at the developmental level, this is intended to see the player be successful in their developmental process.
❓ Do I need to live in the BVSC district to play Developmental at Bonivital?
No! Manitoba Soccer and Winnipeg Youth Soccer League removed the district boundaries in 2020. This means that players are eligible to register and play with any club of their choice.
