Recreational soccer is an integral part of Bonivital Soccer Club. The 11 Community Centres operate a wide variety of soccer programs for over 2,500 players between the ages of 3 to 18 years of age. Players who
love soccer, want to have fun and meet new
friends should register for this program! Registrations for 3-18 year old boys and girls are accepted at your local community
centre in March for the outdoor season and September for indoor season.
Mini soccer starts as young
as three (3) years old to nine (9) years old, which are run by the community centres. Most
teams are mixed genders, some 7, 8 year teams are gender specific depending on your local community centre. Games are usually once a week for the 3-5 years old and
twice a week for 7/8 years old.
9-18 year old teams
play approximately twice a week with one practice a week, usually gender
specific. Teams are hosted by the community clubs, soccer Convenors meet
and place players on teams throughout the Bonivital district. 9-12 years old
teams are in the Bonivital league and 13-18 play in the Winnipeg youth soccer
league.
